played professionally in Europe and in the first
U.S. women's pro league (the
WBL). Now a national expert on sports,
success, and leadership, she has written five
ground-breaking books:

Committed to practicing
what she preaches, she swims two miles most
mornings, drives golf balls up to 240 yards, and
applies athletic essentials such as discipline,
integrity, teamwork, leadership, and joy to her
career as an author, journalist, and speaker. She
also coaches her mother, Sarah, who holds two
Arizona State breaststroke records for women aged
75-79.
