Your Goals, Your
Life, Your Choice

You advocate for others.
You help them find their way.
Preventing exploitation
You work hard every day
But now's the time to
focus
On whom you know the best.
Take some time to meet YOUR needs.
Forget, for now, the rest.
Dream up a goal that's
all your own.
Be specific as can be.
Make a list of reasons
Why this goal will give you glee
Anticipate the obstacles
The barriers and blocks.
Are you afraid of money, time?
Or taking some hard knocks?
Now create an action
plan
To implement your goal
Visualize the victory stand
The golf ball in the hole.
Persist, persist,
persist, persist!
Don't ever give up hope
Successful people don't plateau
Nor stop when they hear "Nope!"
Enlist support from
colleagues
Who can help you reach your dream
Find folks who share your vision.
Include them on your team.
Now keep track of your
progress.
Are you having fun?
Are you reaching mini-goals?
If so: You've almost won!
Rejoice in small
successes
Almost every day.
That way, you will be ready
When victory comes your way.
